1. All Starting players MUST be listed on the line up card with a Uniform #, Position and Last Name.
  2. Subs should be listed.
  3. A coach may add a player into the line up even if they do not appear on the line up card.
  4. All plate umpires should encourage coaches to list all subs to help keep the game moving along.
